IS THE COST OF MY BRACE COVERED BY MY INSURANCE PLAN?
Most insurance plans will cover the cost of many of these kinds of braces. For custom made braces we can provide you with a written estimate which you can submit to your insurance company for approval prior to ordering the brace. Please call your insurance company to confirm your specific coverage for custom made and off-the-shelf braces.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY DOCTOR?
You do not need a referral in order to be assessed and fitted for braces. However, your insurance company may require a prescription from a medical doctor in order for you to be reimbursed.
