DR. LUCAS REGIER


Co-Founder of RCRC. Chiropractor and Acupuncture Provider.

Dr. Lucas Regier hails from the big town of Beachburg, ON where he was born and raised. He went on to graduate from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics and a minor in Nutrition. While attending the University of Guelph Dr. Regier served as the Athletic Therapist for the university rugby team. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). During his time at CMCC he also became a certified Acupuncture and Graston Technique provider. 

Dr. Regier is a chiropractor who practices an individualized, evidence-based and functional approach to not only fix the current problems but to prevent future re-injury. Each of his patients receives a personalized treatment plan including passive care, functional rehabilitation and patient education. His goal is to help each of his patients perform optimally, no matter what their personal goals are. Dr. Regier also has a special interest in working with the athletic population and treating extremity injuries (shoulder, arm, hand, hips, knee, foot, etc.).

Dr. Regier uses a unique blend of treatment options involving chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy (Myofascial Release Technique, Graston Techniques*), laser therapy, gentle joint mobilizations, ergonomic advice, and personalized and progressive therapeutic exercise programs.
